For decades, I have been fascinated with personal transformation.  However, after eating the Standard American Diet (SAD) most of my life, I experienced the typical SAD decades-long health slide from insulin resistance, to fatty liver, to emergency gall bladder surgery, finally to diabetes diagnosis with diabetes related complications.
